Electrical CAD Process Engineer (mfd)

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!

Your Tasks

• Support the evaluation and selection of new Electrical Design tools
• Develop, test and deploy selected CAD and schematic tools and interfaces according to requirements aligned with the Electrical Design community and related processes
• Develop utilities to support Electrical Design processes, automation, delivery, data quality control and data management
• Create Electrical Design methods, guidelines and training materials
• Provide Standard Manuals for Electrical Design
• Deliver training sessions and technical support to Electrical Designers, Manufacturing, Services, and other Engineering disciplines
• Represent Airbus Defence and Space in internal and external forums and meetings

Your Profile

• Master\’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related qualification is required
• Experience in logical and physical Electrical Design, preferably in the Aerospace industry, is essential
• Knowledge of overall Development and Systems Engineering processes is required
• In-depth knowledge of Catia V5 and CCD is required
• Experience in Digital Mock-Up (DMU) integration and definition is essential
• Experience in developing methods and guidelines for PLM/CAD/DMU is required
• Programming skills in Visual Basic or other languages are required
• Experience working in agile/SAFE environments and using agile tools such as PFORGE, Confluence and Jira is required
• Basic skills in PTC Windchill and Siemens Teamcenter are expected
• Proficient in Google Workspace
• Fluent English language skills at negotiation level are essential
• German language skills would be a plus
