Functional AIT Engineer (f/m/d)

For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH!

Your Tasks

• Execute the thermal vacuum (TVAC) test campaign in shift
• Execute the calibration and characterization (C&C) campaign in shift
• Maintain and improve test procedures, execute them and assess the test results in a critical way
• Analyze and correlate events to their possible root causes, as well as finding pragmatic solutions to cope with time pressure without arming the flight hardware
• Exchange with the project teams in order to provide test strategies that suit the best in terms of quality, time and costs
• Participate to non-conformances and support investigations taking into account the company quality standards

Your Profile

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Embedded Systems required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Engineering and Aerospace required
• Experience working with space standards (ECSS) would be a plus
• Experience in testing would be a plus
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office required
• Comfortable with network management
• Experience working with a central checkout system including SCOS-2000 databases would be a plus
• Knowledge of CCSDS/Packet Utilization Standard (PUS) for telecommands and telemetry management would be a plus
• Fluent English language skills are essential, German would be beneficial
• Willingness to work in shifts over several months:

3 days early (07:00–15:00)

3 days late (15:00–23:00)

3 days night (23:00–07:00)

Followed by 3–4 days off

Over a period of three to four weeks, then three to four weeks with normal working hours
