HR Project & Support Specialist (d/f/m) in Immenstaad am Bodensee

The position holder (d/f/m) works as HR Project & Change Specialist (HR Project & Support Specialist).

Your Tasks Support the planning and implementation of HR transformation and change projects Create presentations, guidelines and communication materials for internal change processes Prepare and follow up on internal workshops and change events Generate and prepare regular HR reports and key metrics Support general administrative activities within the HR department Contribute to the development of local HR processes and templates related to AISupport the recruitment and application process Maintain the talent pool and actively approach potential candidates Support employment marketing activities Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field At least 2–3 years of solid professional experience in Human Resources, for example as an HR Generalist or Junior HR Business Partner More than 3 years of experience in HR administration / Human Resources Proven experience in supporting change processes Good knowledge of Change Management Sound basic knowledge of operational recruiting Experience with HR reporting and key metrics Experience with employment marketing activities is mandatory Experience with Google Workspace Experience with standard HR systems, ideally Workday or SAPSound understanding of potential AI applications in HR, particularly for process optimization Fluent German and English (negotiation level)What we can offer you Permanent employment contract Above-tariff remuneration with attractive bonuses Continuous personal support through a fixed contact person Increasing holiday and Christmas bonus within the first 4 years Bonus payment "Employees recruit employees" up to 1,000 €Company pension plan Possibility of home office in agreement with our clients Flexible working hours through a personal flexitime bank account Individual further training opportunities Option of permanent employment at our client’s company Interested?We look forward to receiving your application!About Tintschl The Tintschl Group, headquartered in Erlangen, has stood for premium service competence in the fields of human resources, engineering and IT since 1997.
