For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as Ground Control Station System Engineer (d/f/m).

The main tasks and responsibilities:

• Requirement Engineering: Define subsystem requirements and monitor their implementation throughout the lifecycle.
• Supplier & Partner Management: Coordinate with suppliers and partner companies to ensure technical compliance and harmonize overall GCS performance, physical budgets, and design criteria.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Contribute to transversal engineering disciplines including Safety, Certification, and RAMT.
• Technical Integration & IV: Manage the overall equipment list, support Integration & Verification (IV) activities, and provide technical assessments for the program line.
• Customer Interface: Maintain direct contact with the customer to refine operational expectations and technical requirements.
• Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in the Aerospace field and Project Management activities.
• Industry Standards: Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering Standards (e.g., ARP 4754a, INCOSE) and System/Software development in Military Aviation.
• Tools & IT: Proficiency in DOORS and Cameo, alongside experience with Simulink, is a must-have. Experience with SCADE and/or ICDMS is considered a strong plus.
• Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of German is a plus.
• Candidates must be eligible to work on military or NATO projects with the necessary security clearances.
• Understanding about work processes in Military environment and ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary team complete the desired profile.
