For our long-standing business partner AIRBUS we are looking for you as a new employee of Tintschl Technik GmbH to join our team as Quality Line Side Specialist (m/f/d) to join the Wide-Body Division (f/m/d).
The main tasks and responsibilities:
This is a strategic role where your technical expertise directly impacts product safety, manufacturing workflows, and the onboarding of future inspection talent.
- Technical Inspections: Ensure top-tier product quality through technical inspections during aircraft manufacturing.
- Component Release: Manage manufacturing deviations and officially release components for subsequent production phases.
- Non-Conformance Management: Create, track, and close out non-conformities, handling discrepancy reports and troubleshooting.
- Team Guidance: Issue quality-related technical instructions to production staff and support authorized inspection personnel.
- Mentorship: Train and onboard new authorized inspectors, defining and approving work samples.
- Problem Solving: Lead and visualize Practical Problem Solving (PPS) initiatives to resolve quality issues.
What You Bring:
- Education: Certified Aircraft Builder / Flugzeugbauer or Technical training at the Master Craftsman level (Meister / or equivalent).
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Aircraft Manufacturing, Helicopter Mechanics, Aerospace, Mechanics, and Quality Assurance (QA).
- IT Skills: Advanced user proficiency in SAP and daily familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Languages: Fluent German (essential for technical instructions and line communication) paired with professional English skills.
- Soft Skills: High responsibility, assertiveness, independent structured work, and strong communication skills.
