As General Legal Counsel (m/f/d) – Renewable Energy, you will be responsible for:
- Advising on corporate, commercial, and regulatory legal matters related to renewable energy investments and operations.
- Drafting, reviewing and managing of agreements and other legal documents
- Supporting M&A transactions, project financing, and contract negotiations
- Overseeing corporate governance, compliance, and risk management
- Managing external legal advisors and liaising with regulatory authorities when needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex legal and business challenges

For this role, ideally, you bring:
- Law degree
- 5-10 years of legal experience in a leading law firm, corporate legal department, or similar setting
- Background in corporate/commercial law, project financing, or public law
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a strong plus
- Hands-on, self-starter mentality with a problem-solving mindset
- Team player with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Spanish, Polish or Italian skills would be a strong plus
