As Technical Director (m/f/d) – Renewable Energy, for our office in Frankfurt am Main or Madrid, you will be responsible for:

• Providingtechnical leadershipacross wind, solar PV, and battery storage projects.
• Assessing and optimizing theperformance and reliabilityof our assets.
• Supportinginvestment and M&A activitieswith deep technical due diligence.
• Advising onasset development, engineering, and operational strategies.
• Managing relationships withOEMs, technical advisors, and service providers.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and technical best practices.
• Being an integral part of and sharing knowledge with the Investment, Commercial, and Asset management teams
• Potentially the team leader function, depending on the development within the organization

For this role, ideally, you bring:

• 5+ years of technical experiencein the renewable energy sector.
• Background as acommercially driven engineerwith deep expertise in wind, solar PV, and ideally battery storage.
• Previous experience at aleading technical advisory firmorrenewable energy OEM.
• Strong understanding oftechnical due diligence in M&A transactions.
• Hands-on, self-startermentality with a problem-solving mindset.
• Team playerwith strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• German, Spanish, Italian or Polish skills would be a strong plus
