Your Impact
As an AWS Data Engineer, you will be the backbone of our cloud-native big data platform, enabling advanced analytics and AI capabilities across TIS.
You’ll work closely with our Data Platform Engineering team, shaping the architecture that powers mission-critical insights for internal teams and global customers.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in AWS Data services: DMS, S3, Lambda, Glue, Athena, Step Functions, IAM, Lake Formation, Data Zone, Quick Sight, Data Firehose
- Solid experience with data processing pipelines, data governance, and RDBMS/data warehouse technologies.
- Strong understanding of batch and streaming data processing for scalable pipelines
- Proficiency in Python 3 or JVM-based languages (e. g., Scala).
- Strong knowledge of data protection and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
- Expertise in quality and test automation including data integrity checks, schema validation to ensure high data quality.
- Bonus: Experience with AI/Gen AI frameworks (Amazon Sage Maker, Bedrock, Lang Chain, Llama Index).
- Excellent foundation in software engineering principles (SOLID, Clean Code).
- Strong communication skills in English.
