Responsibilities

• The management, motivation and development of a dedicated service and customer service team are in your hands.
• You plan, organise and reliably monitor service calls and maintenance work on systems.
• As the central point of contact for our customers, you ensure their satisfaction and cultivate long‑term relationships.
• You ensure compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and legal provisions.
• With an eye for efficiency, you analyse existing processes and continuously develop them further.
• You will also be responsible for the economic management of the service area.

Qualifications

• A degree in energy and building services engineering, supply engineering or a comparable qualification as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) forms the professional basis.
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally supplemented by management experience.
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and the ability to inspire teams are among your personal strengths.
• An existing customer network is an advantage and will be gladly contributed.
• Proficient knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, such as the Drinking Water Ordinance, VOB, BGB, work contract law and accident prevention regulations, is part of your professional repertoire.
• You work analytically, independently and with a high level of commitment. Flexibility rounds off your profile.
