Responsibilities
- Carrying out individual repairs, maintenance and fault clearance services
- Maintenance of gas instantaneous water heaters, gas combi boilers, gas boilers, solar systems, heat pumps, oil boilers and district heating systems
- Renewal of devices and requirements
- Qualified electrician for defined activities (desirable)
- Gas installations - testing gas pipes (load test, leak test and leakage measurement)
- Customer service and emergency service operations with mobile connection
- Material procurement, measurement and organization
- Documentation of work carried out
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in one of the trades heating, ventilation, sanitation
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of residential properties desirable
- High level of personal responsibility
- Flexibility, commitment and independent work
- Customer-friendly and competent appearance
- Class B driver's license
- Good written and spoken German
