With expertise in planning, manufacturing, installation, service, and maintenance, we support municipal and industrial clients in projects related to water and wastewater treatment, mechanical and plant engineering, and customized special solutions.

Location

Lutherstadt Eisleben; full‑time assignments throughout Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage projects in environmental technology, from customer service to billing.
  • Coordinate project workflows and work closely with department heads, project managers, and construction managers.
  • Manage materials, purchasing, personnel, vehicle fleet, tools, and machinery to ensure smooth project operation.
  • Monitor deadlines, quality, performance, productivity, and safety, and order necessary supplies at the construction site.
  • Track progress reports, invoices, payment receipts, and project results.

Qualifications

  • Several years of experience as a project manager, preferably in mechanical or environmental engineering.
  • Strong technical understanding and experience coordinating complex construction site and project operations.
  • Completed technical apprenticeship, advanced training to become a master craftsman or technician, or a college degree in mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to get things done, and confident demeanor when interacting with customers and partners.
  • Some leadership experience is a plus.
