Location
Lutherstadt Eisleben; full‑time assignments throughout Germany.

Responsibilities
- Independently manage projects in environmental technology, from customer service to billing.
- Coordinate project workflows and work closely with department heads, project managers, and construction managers.
- Manage materials, purchasing, personnel, vehicle fleet, tools, and machinery to ensure smooth project operation.
- Monitor deadlines, quality, performance, productivity, and safety, and order necessary supplies at the construction site.
- Track progress reports, invoices, payment receipts, and project results.
Qualifications
- Several years of experience as a project manager, preferably in mechanical or environmental engineering.
- Strong technical understanding and experience coordinating complex construction site and project operations.
- Completed technical apprenticeship, advanced training to become a master craftsman or technician, or a college degree in mechanical engineering, environmental engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to get things done, and confident demeanor when interacting with customers and partners.
- Some leadership experience is a plus.
