Join team x as a Junior Social Media Data Analyst (f/m/d) and work on exciting projects for a major international automotive client!

Tasks

• Analyze and evaluate social media performance data across all relevant platforms.
• Use analytics tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Emplifi, Talkwalker, Looker Studio).
• Create and visualize reports and dashboards.
• Extract key findings analyzing user behaviour on Social Media, including engagement with content, emerging trends, and interest-based topics to inform insights and present actionable recommendations.
• Support the optimization of reporting processes.

Requirements

• First experience in social media or analytics (including internships).
• Interest in data, social media, and digital analytics.
• Basic experience with social media analytics tools or a strong willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English is required, with German skills as a plus.
