Area of Responsibility
- Achievement of operational and regional sales goals in the respective region.
- Business Development and generation of new market opportunities, distributors, and customers.
- Recruiting, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, advising, and supervising agents, representatives, or sales offices in the assigned region.
- Technical support of customers and retailers, onsite if necessary.
- Technical and financial claim management in close cooperation with the departments.
- Planning and permutation of the marketing actions, for example, participation at trade fairs, congresses, etc.
- Preparing and reporting the sales figures.
- Analysis of competitors, market trends, and market potential.
Qualification and Experience
- At least 3 to 5 years of work experience in a Sales Manager position within the mining/steel or transportation industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding ambitious revenue and growth goals.
- Strong experience building and maintaining agency and client relationships.
- High national and international travel willingness.
- Interpersonal Savvy – getting along well with all kinds of people, building constructive and effective relationships.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Russian. German would be of advantage.
