About this vacancy
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for functional business analysis, requirements definition and validation for Information Solutions projects. You will collaborate closely with the supply chain operations teams and be involved in Project Management. Your tasks will include:
- Business Process Analysis and System expertise
- Developing breadth and depth of knowledge in assigned functional areas
- Analyzing cross-functional workflow processes across organizations
- Working with users to identify and recommend desired process modifications and enhancements
- Documenting business processes and associated data
- Delivering system knowledge on projects to new and existing users
- Keeping customers informed of business analysis work progress
- Meeting regularly with customers and IT Management to discuss, prioritize and report on application enhancements
- Maintaining and enforcing existing technology and documentation strategy
- Customer Support Services: Respond to incident requests and engage users in reporting issues
- Collaborating with the System Analyst to implement process and system improvements
- Project Execution, Controlling and Closing: Developing project timelines and deliverables
- Applying change management procedures on projects
- Requirements and Quality Management: Leading reviews of business requirements and collaborating on user acceptance test objectives and plans
- Work Management: Planning and estimating business analysis while meeting project quality, schedule and cost commitments
Permanent contract, 40 hours and 30 vacation days.

What we expect from you
You graduated with a Bachelor’s degree and have 3-5 years of experience in enterprise-level (ERP) business analysis. You possess solid experience in Project Management, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio, and JD Edwards software by Oracle is required, along with a good command of English and German (B2/C1). You should be ready to travel (<10%).
