Analog IC Design Engineer – Munich
This is a chance for a Senior Analog IC Designer to join a global semiconductor company based in Munich to work on the design of ultra-high-speed Analog/Mixed-Signal ICs for optical communication systems, including ADCs/data converters, drivers, TIAs, and clocking.
Responsibilities:
- System or block-level specification breakdown, design constraints, and testing solutions for different circuit blocks or modules.
- Collaborate with the fabrication process engineering team to improve device performance and ensure IC quality, reliability, and yield.
Requirements:
- Industry degree qualified with experience in Analog IC Design, ideally high-speed or High Frequency/RF IC Design.
- Strong circuit design experience in advanced CMOS, BiCMOS, SiGe, GaAs, or HBT processes. Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes including SiGe BiCMOS, CMOS, and compound HBTs is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to show initiative.
