Working in the Business Development team, this role will be responsible for executing the CVL Cosmetics South Middle Europe SL plan for the Area Sales Manager (Germany and Austria). The role involves collaborating across the organization to meet the needs of our customers and POS, aiming to deliver exceptional customer experiences and increase sales of our brands (Valmont, l\’Elixir des Glaciers & Storie Veneziane). Additionally, this position will create, maintain, and communicate sales metrics, requiring strong entrepreneurial and collaborative skills to drive success and organize promotional activities through our selective distribution channels (perfumeries, day spas, luxury hotels, etc.) with a high interest in luxury goods.

Main Tasks & Duties

  1. Monitor sales and achievement of global objectives by product category.
  2. Follow up on KPIs to develop action plans to increase business volume in the luxury network.
  3. Prospect new leads, engage, propose, and execute client openings (B2B).
  4. Motivate and lead the POS team towards objectives, ensuring effective selling techniques and excellent customer service.
  5. Conduct regular meetings with team members (trainers, trade marketing managers, promoters) providing feedback, coaching, and guidance.
  6. Implement brand projects, collect data, analyze it, and prepare reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B retail sales (commercial) within the selective cosmetics industry.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable managing business through KPI analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Languages: Native German and proficient in English.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Passion for the luxury retail industry and cosmetics is essential.
