Your Responsibilities
- Advise and support existing and new customers, inspiring them with our products, solutions, and service concepts.
- Develop and maintain sustainable business relationships with customers and key accounts, aligning with the sales team’s strategy. Collect and analyze customer feedback.
- Manage escalations related to questions and problems.
- Act as the direct link to business units and bid & proposal teams.
- Organize and initiate after-sales service activities.
Your Background
- Successfully completed engineering studies or professional experience as a technician or master craftsman.
- Relevant professional experience in sales of technically complex products or solutions requiring explanation.
- Solid understanding of technical and economic solution concepts.
- High willingness to travel.
- Fluent in German and basic English skills.
- Strong sales orientation, negotiation, and presentation skills, especially with demanding customers.
