Job Description:
Team Management (Front line sales) and penetration increment & support Company in growing market share through frontline sales team. To ensure sale of finance schemes to customers (Within & Outside dealership) as per the targets. Relationship Building (Dealers/Customers). Resolve the issues escalated by (frontline sales team & the dealers). Acquiring more customers through ADC/Rural channel. Market intelligence / planning & executing activities, lead generation/sourcing. Managing the team of executives with respect to compliance/policy adherence & regular network visits & managing DCC portfolio. FEMI/NS – collection of FEMI bounce case & non-starter (DCC/NDCC). Resolution of customer complaints. Coordinate with training team. Interview & Selects DMAs/CSMs and recommend the same to RM & HO for final approval. Understand various reports & take corrective action with the dealership & frontline sales team. Responsible for PDD i.e., post disbursal docs viz., RC details etc. Update RMs on daily/weekly basis with respect to Targets vs Achieved & escalate the issues to them.
