We are currently seeking a Client Advisor in Part-Time (24 hours per week) who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Düsseldorf.
Your opportunity
Meet performance expectations and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction in alignment with company standards.
How you will contribute
- Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy
- Use effective selling techniques to maximize store potential
- Contribute to team collaboration by sharing information and best practices
- Collect and update customer information for CRM and Client Book
- Respect company standards and procedures
- Keep stock information updated and follow store transfer procedures
- Cultivate customer relationships
- Deliver excellent customer service according to company standards
Who you are
- Native speakers are an advantage
- Work experience of at least 1-2 years
- Excellent customer service attitude and high flexibility
- Sales experience, preferably in fashion & luxury
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Results-oriented
- Good team player
- Multitasking and flexible
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and stressful environment
