In this Channel Sales Manager role, you’ll be integral to shaping the partner ecosystem, empowering partner teams, and building strategies that align with market needs. Working within a dynamic sales organisation, you’ll expand reach, strengthen cross-functional relationships, and develop go-to-market tactics that maximise impact and growth.

Requirements

  1. Lead channel development and strategic partner planning to drive channel sales, aligning with partner needs and business objectives.
  2. Enable partner sales acceleration through go-to-market plans, pipeline reviews, and tailored sales strategies, fostering collaboration to meet revenue goals.
  3. Oversee partner performance with a focus on execution, program adoption, and results, working closely with stakeholders to resolve any roadblocks.
  4. Build trusted relationships with partners, aligning strategies and priorities for mutual success.
  5. Minimum 5 years’ experience in channel sales or partner management within tech, with a focus on Germany, France, or UK markets; fluency in English and proficiency in German or French a strong plus.
