The Team – your impact
As an Integration Consultant (f/m/d) you will join one of E.ON’s Digital Technology initiatives. This means becoming a key member of a skilled team of Application Integration experts who will lead, shape, transform and digitize our E.ON businesses across Europe. As a key contributor, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the entire lifecycle of our integration solutions – from conception and design to implementation.
- Participate in discovery calls and technical deep dives to analyze customer requirements, understand their pain points, and provide recommendations on how integration solutions can address these needs.
- Design and recommend integration solutions that meet customer specific needs and business requirements.
- Collaborate with team members, other departments, and stakeholders and act as an interface across teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Define the scope of integration solutions and take accountability for organizing internal and external expert teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
- Develop and execute communication plans for stakeholders, provide transparent status reports, and effectively manage risks.
- Leverage your wealth of experience and knowledge across the entire project lifecycle to train teams and foster a culture of shared expertise for a #bettertogether .
Your Profile – authentic & ambitious
- Proven experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or comparable role that involves business and technical advice and providing fun and engaging presentations and demos.
- Several years of proven experience within the area of enterprise application integration.
- Proven knowledge regarding different integration approaches (API led integration, process integration, data integration, event driven integration, data migration, …).
- Confident and engaging presenter, especially in speaking and dealing with technology.
- Ability to lead through influence, with high tolerance for ambiguity, profound knowledge, and experience in intercultural communication.
- Excellent German and English skills.
- Willing to travel across Europe.
