Discover your exciting role

As a global mobility specialist in the HR department, you are the main point of contact for employees going on international assignments, handling all matters related to their international move. You ensure that assignees thrive in their assignments—before, during, and after the move. The position requires presence in Stuttgart.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Lead on complex regional relocations and local hires
• Be the first point of contact for HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Project leaders on all cross-border queries, ensuring all assignments are managed in a tax-efficient way
• Provide detailed assignment cost projections to the business
• Manage regional relationships with global tax providers
• Advise the business on changes to tax and immigration legislation
• Manage all assignment and business travel-related compliance
• Ensure all available tax relief applications are in place
• Collaborate with HR to manage the assignee lifecycle
• Work with internal and external Payroll teams to manage and approve all shadow payrolls
• Assist HR with host country registrations and de-registrations, including all necessary tax registrations
• Oversee the collection and analysis of data related to global mobility initiatives, including budget tracking, cost projections, and relocation success metrics
