Tasks to look forward to

• Strategic planning and alignment of the IT department across three business areas and regions
• Collaboration with Cleanrooms functions and CWS Shared Services, managing applications, software, hardware, and services including licenses and contracts
• Managing the IT portfolio to meet business requirements, including service management and cost control
• Simplification, harmonization, and optimization of IT applications, especially after acquisitions
• Leading the IT team, process analysis, project management, and resource allocation
• Data protection, investment planning, license and equipment management

Skills that set you apart

• Completed IT degree or equivalent experience, with managerial experience
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, able to work under pressure and prioritize effectively
• Experience in international and matrix organizations advantageous
• Proven success in IT project conception and implementation
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Advantex, MS Dynamics, Salesforce
• Strong process orientation and ability to optimize business processes
• Willingness to travel internationally, fluent English, German skills preferred
