Job Description:

Effective marketing is the cornerstone of our business success, driving high-quality traffic to our platform. Our MarTech stack is sophisticated, offering significant growth potential.

The Marketing Analytics team collaborates with channel teams, providers, and vendors to maximize ROI for marketing campaigns. Your role involves leading a team of Marketing Analytics professionals, working with vendors and partners.

You will join Omio at an exciting phase as we expand across new regions and grow our user base (15M monthly visitors).

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the CMO and channel leads to shape marketing strategies.
  2. Contribute to budget planning across channels.
  3. Ensure comprehensive tracking integration with marketing platforms, staying updated with technological advancements.
  4. Manage vendor relationships and lead vendor selection.
  5. Provide insights on cost and revenue allocation for ROI analysis.
  6. Track and report campaign performance to stakeholders.
  7. Support the development of a full funnel approach for customer acquisition in web and app platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
  • Experience leading marketing analytics teams in a complex, multi-channel environment with a focus on career development.
  • Proven ability in budget and vendor management.
  • Deep knowledge of MarTech, including vendor management and technological innovations.
  • Experience with experimentation in marketing and product development.
  • Strong understanding of the Modern Data Stack, cloud services (GCP), and handling high-volume data systems.
  • Expertise in data analytics, SQL, R/Python, and data modeling.
  • Leadership skills to manage change and lead teams through complex processes.
  • Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Desirable:
  • Experience with GA4, Adjust, Braze, GCP.
  • Background in high-volume B2C businesses or travel industry.
  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields; 7+ years of relevant experience.
