Job Description:

  • Your Role
  • Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with business demand and within agreed SLAs.
  • Continuously assess and enhance IT service management processes, implementing best practices and standards to optimize service delivery efficiency.
  • Work in close collaboration with other CIT-O teams and maintain a high level of end-user experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide insights, and communicate the impact of IT services on business operations.
  • Identify potential risks to service delivery and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions.
  • Maintain the IT Security operational model and ensure it is up to date.
  • Represent IT Security services in projects and activities outside the domain.
  • Maintain relationships with other service managers within the company.
  • Actively participate in IT Security Service roadmap planning and represent operations.
  • Ensure the IT Security service roadmap is current and actionable.
  • Keep close contact with external parties associated with the IT Security domain.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • End-user experience-focused mindset.
  • Proven working experience in IT Operations.
  • Experience working in IT within large-scale, complex, and global environments (US, EMEA, APAC).
  • Knowledge of different device management environments and their dependencies on other products.
  • Experience in coordinating and communicating complex tasks.
  • Experience in operational technology harmonization.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
