Responsibilities:

• Administration of IT infrastructure, networks, firewalls, PBX systems, and Fat-/Thin-Clients
• Management of virtualization software
• Administration of Windows environments (servers and clients)
• Support of various software products
• Cloud services: Exchange Online, M365, Azure, SharePoint, MS Teams
• User support both in person and remotely across national branches
• Analysis, prioritization, and documentation of issues
• Coordination with external service providers and internal departments
• Assistance with IT projects and implementations

Qualifications:

• Degree, training, or equivalent experience in IT or related fields, including ongoing professional development
• Analytical thinking and structured working style
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn new skills and handle a broad range of tasks
