• Job Description: We are looking for Siemens Automation Engineers with 4 to 12 years’ experience in software development on the Siemens platform.
  The incumbent must be proficient in Siemens PLC and HMI software packages with experience in PCS7, STEP7, SFC, CFC, SCL, STL, FBD, LAD, WinCC & TIA Portal. Experience in development and commissioning for steel plants is required, with exposure to rolling mills, reheating furnaces, and strip processing lines preferred.
  The position is based in Düsseldorf, Germany.
  Incumbent must be open to international travel as required.
• Skill Set: Functional Skills
  • Good working knowledge of Siemens PLC and HMI software packages
  • Experience in Steel/Aluminium: Coater and Furnace area
  • Experience in Colour coating lines, Entry or Exit sections, Drying furnace processes, CGL (Annealing)

  Software Development
  • Develop PLC and HMI software on the Siemens platform (PCS7, STEP7, SFC, CFC, SCL, STL, FBD, LAD, WinCC & TIA Portal)
  • Proven experience as a developer is essential
  • Plant commissioning experience is required
  • Steel plant experience is a must
