Job Description

We are seeking a Junior HR Manager (all genders) to join our team in Wiesbaden. The role involves supporting employees in personnel matters, preparing employment contracts, managing payroll in collaboration with external providers, and participating in HR projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree focused on HR or similar training, 1-2 years of experience in personnel administration or payroll, and proficiency in German and English (min. C1).

Requirements

  • Degree in HR or related training

  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in German and English (min. C1)
