Your Role

As a Consultant, you will lead engagement efforts for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be central to defining problems and discovering solutions, guiding teams on project processes and deliverables. As a domain thought leader, you will advise on architecture and design reviews, lead business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that help our clients meet the evolving needs of the global landscape.

Requirements

• German proficiency level of C1/C2 (minimum) for Lead Consultant and B2 (minimum) for Senior Consultant, with the ability to speak English
• Knowledge of multiple SDLC models
• Familiarity with quality and process frameworks like CMMi, ITIL
• Knowledge of estimation methodologies for planning and achieving project goals
• Understanding of maintenance & support models, SLA frameworks, transition processes, and portfolio analysis tools
• Ability to drive convergence across multiple teams and proactively resolve conflicts
• Anticipate customer needs, analyze, and improve systems, processes, and services; resolve complex issues and build confidence
• Experience with AWS services and APIs (e.g., S3, MSK, SES, ECR, Cache, SNS, API Gateway, Data Transfer, CloudWatch, EC2, Secrets Manager, ECS & Fargate, Kafka, Load Balancer)
• Knowledge of programming languages used in AWS deployment (Typescript, Java, C#)
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, micro-service architecture, scalability, availability, and performance principles
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
