Job Description:

As an SE in Salesforce Data Cloud, you will bring a unique combination of executive-level presence and full-stack technical skills to ensure Data Cloud delivers value to customers through sophisticated customer data architectures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Arrange and conduct in-person & web-based meetings to drive the entire opportunity lifecycle from technical discovery to technical close.
2. Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to develop industry-specific use cases grounded in repeatable architectures.
3. Implement programs to scale technical evaluation of Salesforce Data Cloud.
4. Work with Salesforce product teams to understand solutions and advocate for key features based on customer feedback.
5. Develop technical assets to accelerate adoption across customers, partners, and sales teams.
6. Partner with Product Marketing to advise on messaging and sales strategies.
7. Deliver Salesforce\’s data strategy aligned with industry-specific use cases.
8. Articulate Data & AI ROI value to businesses and secure IT agreement.
9. Leverage industry domain experience in data architecture and mapping business to technical capabilities.
10. Stay updated on industry trends like Lakehouses, data governance, LLMs, and Agents.
11. Engage in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI (ML & RAG), and CRM.
12. Possess full-stack technical qualifications and experience with executive relationships.
13. Understand latest industry trends and integrate complex data architectures for business value.
14. Experience with hyperscale data providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
15. Guide impactful discovery conversations and drive customer success in large organizations.
16. Communicate persuasively to inspire change in organizations.

Preferred Requirements

1. Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, analytics tools, data programming models, and AI technologies.
2. Expertise in data wrangling, machine learning, Vector Databases & RAG, MLOps.
3. Knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
4. Experience in mapping industry capabilities to data architecture approaches.
5. Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, military, or volunteer work.
6. Understanding market trends and driving value through use cases.
