Join our global legal team as a Legal Counsel. This is a fixed-term contract for 18-24 months. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements across the pharmaceutical value chain, focusing on marketing and distribution, as well as contracts such as CDAs, service agreements, and intercompany agreements.
• Providing business-focused legal advice to internal stakeholders on topics like marketing, distribution, sourcing, and medical projects.
• Identifying legal risks and developing solutions to mitigate them.
• Training and educating business stakeholders on legal topics.
• Collaborating with the tax department on intercompany contracts and restructuring projects.
• Managing external counsel for advice across various jurisdictions.
