For our client in the Dillenburg area , we are currently looking for a full-time (40h) Manager (m/f/d) IT Onsite Support as part of a direct placement. In your future role, together with your team, you will ensure the smooth operation and continuous development of the company\’s internal IT services.

Your profile
- Completed training or studies in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT support or IT service management, coupled with initial management experience
- Sound knowledge in the areas of incident, change, problem and configuration management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- High customer orientation and problem-solving skills
- Independent and structured way of working
- Business fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
