Job Description:

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Onboarding parts from the PLM tool to Proplanner, working on ECOs and MCOs to set up correct part statuses (Make or Buy), creating manufacturing part numbers, and developing master data for hand tools.
• Creating work centers and other relevant production data in the tool for use by other Manufacturing Engineers.
• Creating and modifying MBOMs from EBOMs, and releasing them to ERP based on the latest design release.
• Creating and reviewing routings (work instructions), and releasing them to ERP to enable production orders.
• Reviewing and releasing drawings in PLM, including manufacturing feasibility, DMU clash detection, accessibility, and tolerance analysis.
• Updating manufacturing data in ERP post-production order release, especially for work-in-progress orders, in accordance with the latest design data.

Qualifications:

• Experience with design review in NX.
• Experience with Teamcenter.
• Experience in writing and reviewing routings and work instructions.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge gaps between business, engineering, and operations.
• Knowledge of GD&T.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset for identifying challenges and proposing solutions during assembly.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
