NETSUITE CONSULTANT DIGITIZED PROCESSES (M/F/D)

The focus: Digitized processes and Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions

The goal is clear: Excellent business processes with Oracle digitization solutions! You will guide our customers—start-ups, growth companies, demanding medium-sized businesses—into the digital future. You will design intelligent business processes, leveraging modern, market-leading digitization technologies. Using agile and hybrid process models, you will configure NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. You will be responsible for the complete implementation and change management.

A variety of tasks await you:

• Analyze, improve, or redesign business processes, utilizing Horus business process tools and best practice reference models in workshops.
• Develop requirement specifications for system configuration, additional developments, and integrations in collaboration with subject matter experts, including test case definitions.
• Utilize ready-made SuiteSuccess or best practice solutions for quick implementations, further developed through agile processes.
• Design, configure, personalize, and test business processes within Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Design data migration strategies, support data cleansing, transformation, and migration processes.
• Assist with organizational change management, including training and coaching.
• Support the customer during operational phases, troubleshoot issues, and maintain and develop the system further.

Qualifications:

• Degree in industrial engineering, information systems, business administration with IT affinity, computer science with business focus, or practical experience as a career changer.
• Strong business knowledge and experience in areas such as finance, accounting, enterprise performance management, supply chain/logistics/production, or customer experience.
• Responsible use of digital technologies and AI to create sustainable user experiences.
• Excellent communication, abstraction, and structuring skills, with proficiency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel for project work domestically and internationally.
