NETSUITE CONSULTANT DIGITIZED PROCESSES (M/F/D)

The focus: Digitized processes and Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions.

The goal is clear: Excellent business processes with Oracle digitization solutions! You will guide our customers—start-ups, growth companies, demanding medium-sized businesses—into the digital future. You will design intelligent business processes leveraging modern digitization technologies. Working with agile and hybrid process models, you will configure NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to the customer\’s needs. Responsibilities include implementation and change management.

Tasks include:

• Analyzing, improving, or redesigning business processes using tools like Horus and best practice models.
• Developing requirement specifications with subject matter experts for system configuration, custom developments, and integrations, including test case definition.
• Utilizing ready-made solutions like SuiteSuccess for rapid implementation, with ongoing development in an agile manner.
• Designing, configuring, personalizing, and testing business processes in Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Planning data migration, supporting transformation, cleansing, and execution.
• Supporting change management, including training and coaching.
• Post-implementation support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and further development.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant fields or practical experience as a career changer.
• Business knowledge and experience in areas like Finance, Enterprise Performance Management, SCM/Logistics, or Customer Experience.
• Responsible use of digital technologies and AI to enhance user experiences.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, with proficiency in German and English.
• Willingness to work on projects domestically and internationally.
