NETSUITE CONSULTANT DIGITIZED PROCESSES (M/F/D)

The focus: Digitized processes and Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions

The goal is clear: Excellent business processes with Oracle digitization solutions! You will guide our customers—start-ups, growth companies, demanding medium-sized businesses—into the digital future. Together, you will design intelligent business processes leveraging modern, market-leading digitization technologies. Using agile and hybrid process models, you will configure NetSuite ERP solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. You will be responsible for complete implementation and change management support.

A variety of tasks await you:

• Analyze, improve, or redesign business processes using workshops, Horus business process tools, and best practice reference models for visualization and documentation.
• Develop requirement specifications with subject matter experts for system configuration, custom developments, and integrations, including test case definitions.
• Utilize ready-made SuiteSuccess or best practice solutions for rapid implementation, with ongoing development in an agile manner.
• Design, configure, personalize, and test business processes within Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Plan data migration, support transformation, data cleansing, and migration execution.
• Support change management activities, including training and coaching.
• Assist during the operational phase by resolving application issues, system errors, and supporting system maintenance and development.

You bring to the table:

• A degree in industrial engineering, information systems, management, business administration with IT affinity, computer science with business focus, or practical experience as a career changer.
• Solid business knowledge and experience in areas such as:
  • Finance and Accounting
  • Enterprise Performance Management
  • SCM/Logistics and Production
  • Customer Experience (sales, marketing, service)
• Responsible use of digital technologies and AI to create sustainable human-centered experiences.
• Excellent communication, abstraction, structuring skills, diligent documentation, and proficiency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for project work.
