Job Description:

We are seeking a Power BI Analyst & Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Competence Centre IT & Digital at one of our locations in Fürth, Mannheim, Stuttgart, or Sofia (Bulgaria). In this role, you will support the establishment of a PowerBI Service for the PHOENIX Group, monitor and optimize service platforms, automate processes, develop reporting solutions, and coach business units to develop their own reporting capabilities.

Your Tasks

• Establish and support PowerBI Service for the group as part of the Self-Service Analytics team
• Monitor and improve PowerBI Service (Azure Cloud) for stability and performance
• Automate processes using PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and PowerShell
• Develop reporting solutions and assist clients with data preparation and analysis
• Coach business units to develop their reporting solutions and become PowerUsers
• Create PowerAutomate flows and support customers in building their own flows

Your Profile

• University degree, preferably in business informatics or similar
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop, report visualization, dashboard development, PowerQuery, DAX, SQL; Microsoft certifications (PL-300 or DA-100) are a plus
• Experience with PowerBI Service Administration and PowerAutomate
• Analytical skills with understanding of business processes; experience in coaching/business consulting
• Knowledge of data warehouses like Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Server
• Additional skills: PowerShell, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, R, Python are advantageous
• Several years of experience in business intelligence, including Power BI Desktop, Report Builder, SSRS, or SSAS
• Team-oriented, flexible, self-responsible, customer-focused, proactive, eager to learn
• Proficiency in English; German skills are a plus
