Job Description:

• You define the key data points and events we need to measure to understand the customer shopping experience and key performance drivers along the purchasing funnel.
• You conduct detailed analysis of the customer journey from awareness to purchase, identifying drop-off points and areas for improvement.
• You collaborate with product development teams to optimize internal products and provide recommendations to improve features, user engagement, and performance.
• You design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate shopping and product changes, ensuring valid and reliable results.
• You conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, threats, and benchmark company performance against industry standards.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing) and over 4 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or product analytics.
• You have a strong grasp of digital marketing principles, user acquisition strategies, and customer journey mapping.
• You are proficient in data analysis and SQL, Python and/or R, as well as having experience with data visualization tools.
• You possess strong analytical skills, able to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights, with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• You excel in strong communication skills, presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, and collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
