Job Requirements and Responsibilities

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

1. Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable training.
2. Good experience in tool-supported development, structuring, and maintenance of a product backlog.
3. Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Teams, SharePoint, To Do, Power Automate is advantageous).
4. Strong conceptual, communication, and moderation skills.
5. Fluent German language skills.
6. Open to change and cross-departmental collaboration.
7. Managing IT projects as a Product Owner.
8. Gathering, consolidating, prioritizing, and implementing requirements.
9. Defining services and roadmaps.
10. Introducing innovative digital products and services on the Microsoft 365 platform.
11. Shaping and developing the vision for the digital workplace.
12. Advising and supporting departments regarding IT-supported business processes.
