Recruitment Consultant

Ergon is a recruitment firm, operating across offices in Luxembourg and Belgium. It offers high-end tailor-made solutions (perm services in Luxembourg and both perm & temp in Belgium) to its clients. In order to enforce our team in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant.

Functions:

1. You will drive the business development of the company\’s recruitment activities through a mix of sales and marketing techniques;
2. You will develop a good understanding of client companies by meeting them and getting a good understanding of the company culture and work environment;
3. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and you will develop close relationships with them with an aim for quality and excellence;
4. Assure we are the first choice of contact for our clients for any new opportunities;
5. Contribute to our business’ expansion and pay attention to new opportunities;
6. You will oversee the entire recruitment process of candidates and remain the point of contact for the clients;
7. Selection and interview candidates matching job offers;
8. Take responsibility for open positions and work with both candidates and clients to assure a successful outcome for both;

Profile:

1. A first professional experience in a commercial, HR, legal or marketing position is a plus, but not a must. We are open to training enthusiastic young graduates as consultants;
2. You have a Bachelor\’s degree or a Master\’s degree;
3. Perfectly proficient in English and/or French. Knowledge of German will be considered as an asset;
4. Ability to strive in a high pressure and competitive environment;
5. Good persuasive and sales skills, results driven;
6. Be a highly effective communicator (both over the telephone and on a face to face basis);
7. You have a sound judgment, the tenacity and determination to complete challenging assignments, and the flexibility/adaptability required to be successful in a multi-task, entrepreneurial, team environment;
