Job Description:

1. SAP RE-FX configuration and testing in SAP Real Estate Management Processes across multiple systems.
2. Experience in lease out contract management, billing, correspondence, and master data configurations in SAP Real Estate.
3. Configuration of Business Partner settings in RE.
4. Experience with SAP Real Estate Enhancements.
5. Workflow configuration for SAP Real Estate Contracts and Rental Objects.
6. Implementation of SAP REFX IFRS solutions.
7. Knowledge of integrating RE-FX with non-SAP systems.
8. Experience with implementing document management systems or Content Servers for SAP REFX.
9. Domain knowledge in real estate.
10. Ability to lead client workshops as a design authority to drive and finalize requirements.
11. Proven experience as an SAP implementation consultant capable of delivering SAP Real Estate solutions.
12. Proactive collaboration with data migration leads as a functional expert.
13. Work closely with client teams and project managers to achieve project goals.
14. Accountable for team-designed solutions.
15. Leadership role in large, full lifecycle SAP implementation programs.
16. Translate business requirements into functional design blueprints for complex business objectives.
17. Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop solutions that add business value.
18. Oversee project delivery and ensure adherence to client standards.
19. Follow Change Management and Configuration Management procedures.
20. Articulate complex business and technical ideas effectively.
21. Demonstrate excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills.
22. Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
23. Focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and delivery.
24. Be innovative, responsible, and reliable.
25. Preferably possess SAP Activate and Agile methodology knowledge.
