Job Description:

The ANDRITZ Group is a plant engineering and service provider for hydropower plants, the pulp and paper industry, the metal industry, and other specialized industries (solid-liquid separation, feed, and biomass). ANDRITZ Fiedler GmbH is part of the Pulp & Paper sector and primarily manufactures technical wear products for plants in paper and food production, such as screen baskets and rotors, as well as protective screens. The company, based in Regensburg, employs approximately 300 workers.

Position: Screening-Global Product Manager UTurn Rotor & Screen Rebuilds (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• Manage product design, manufacturing, and competitiveness for the new product line “UTurn rotor” and bearing units for pressure screens.
• Oversee project execution from sales handover to project delivery.
• Manage profitability based on actual COGS levels and market pricing.
• Develop a competitive product portfolio including scope, performance, price, standardization, and lifecycle roadmap.
• Create USP’s and value propositions for each product development.
• Develop a cost-effective supplier network and ensure global spare parts availability.
• Share best practices internally and externally.
• Coordinate with the global organization.
• Provide product training to regional sales teams to meet targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, preferably Inventor).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Good MS Office skills; SAP experience is a plus.
• Languages: English (required), German (preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as per business needs.
