Job Description:

Tasks

• Conduction of consultancy projects with a strong strategic core in the Life Sciences sector (with a focus on Pharma and MedTech)
• Support top management of our clients in designing and implementing corporate strategies, digital transformation, and process optimization
• Support in acquiring and developing innovative consultancy projects
• Development of external ecosystem strategies and strategy papers

Qualifications

• College degree, ideally in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine, or a comparable field
• 2-5 years of professional experience in strategy consultancy or healthcare organization
• Broad industry knowledge with deep expertise in areas like strategy development, business model innovation, transformations, operations, supply chain, product strategy, sustainability, etc.
• High interest in new trends and technologies
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Client and results-oriented
• Structured, professional work approach
• Open, communicative, team-oriented, empathetic personality
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
