Job Description

Tasks

• Conduct consultancy projects with a strong strategic core in the Life Sciences sector (focusing on Pharma and MedTech).
• Support top management of clients in designing and implementing corporate strategies, digital transformation, and process optimization.
• Assist in acquiring and developing innovative consultancy projects.
• Develop external ecosystems and strategy papers.

Qualifications

• College degree, ideally in economics, pharmacy, natural sciences, medicine, or a comparable field.
• 2-5 years of experience in strategy consultancy or within a healthcare organization.
• Broad industry knowledge with deep expertise in areas like strategy development, business model innovation, transformations, operations, supply chain, product strategy, sustainability, etc.
• Strong interest in new trends and technologies.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Focus on clients and results.
• Structured, professional work approach.
• Open, communicative, team-oriented, and empathetic personality.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
