Responsibilities:
- You work as a project lead / workstream lead in SAP S/4HANA Finance projects within a global matrix organization.
- You support the IT demand management process as an application expert.
- You align with management and functional teams to ensure business process integration and identification of innovative solutions.
- You will be responsible for planning, assigning, and monitoring project support, change, service requests and incidents.
- You independently implement requirements, specifications, implementations (customizing) of SAP Finance processes and ensure quality, conformity and operation.
- You ensure smooth SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling support with a focus on SAP Controlling.
- You independently coordinate solution walkthroughs, end-user tests and integration tests together with the finance and controlling department.
Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or comparable.
- 10+ years of professional experience in SAP FICO (S/4HANA and SAP ECC).
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Controlling and experience in integration with other SAP modules.
- Professional appearance, proactive and accountable way of working, Team Player.
- Ability to work closely with key business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical skills and result-oriented approach.
- Demonstrable multinational / multicultural experience in IT project management.
- Strong verbal and written communication and change management skills.
