Job Description

As a Senior Consultant (all genders) SAP HCM, you thrive at the intersection between the business department and IT. You act as a link, mediating, designing, and managing innovative HR projects for our clients across various industries. With us, you can develop sophisticated and complex IT solutions.

Specifically, your responsibilities include:

1. Advising our clients on how to efficiently model and develop their processes in SAP HCM.
2. Preparing and executing consulting projects in SAP HCM, both conceptually and operationally.
3. Managing SAP HCM applications, contributing ideas for their further development, and supporting the transition from HCM on-premise to SAP SuccessFactors.
4. Gaining experience in (partial) project management.
5. Continuously developing across disciplines and bringing in your own ideas and interests.
6. Maintaining existing relationships with clients and building new ones.
7. Holding a university degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, or Business Informatics.
8. Having at least 4 years of professional experience in designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions in modules such as PA, PY, PT, and OM.
9. Possessing solid knowledge of HR processes and, ideally, experience with hybrid SAP HR system landscapes.
10. Having a cross-module thinking approach and strong communication skills tailored to target groups.
11. Willingness to share and teach your knowledge both internally and with our clients.
12. Having a customer-centric working attitude, a learning mindset, and enjoyment in teamwork.
13. Willingness to travel for projects and proficiency in German.
