• Partner with Engagement Managers to deliver services such as:

• Functional Reviews
• Health Checks
• Expert Assistance

About You

Basic Qualifications – Senior Functional Consultant:

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Capital Management software and consulting on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or relevant practitioner deployment experience
• Experience of 5+ years in areas such as Core HCM, HCM Security, Benefits, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Absence, or Time Tracking

Other Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and at least one of the following languages: German, French, Italian, or Spanish; other European languages are a plus
• Strong understanding of HR systems and processes, with the ability to learn Workday concepts and new features quickly
• Certification or ability to certify in Workday HCM products and deploy solutions effectively
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders internally and externally
• Leadership skills in design meetings and collaborative decision-making
• Ability to deliver results within project plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with global implementations preferred
• Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
