What you can influence:
- Collaborate closely with company leadership and your business unit to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Significantly contribute to designing and executing organizational development strategies during current and future transformations.
- Enhance our corporate culture and employee engagement, ensuring high retention.
- Advise and support managers and employees on HR-related topics, fostering trustful partnerships.
- Coordinate all HR processes within your business unit, from onboarding to exit interviews, and conduct candidate interviews.
- Enjoy substantial personal scope for shaping your work, alongside responsible tasks and administrative duties interfacing with our HR office.
What you bring:
- Degree in economics, psychology, or business administration.
- Several years of experience in HR responsibilities, including organizational development and change management.
- Experience in agile environments and large transformation processes.
- Ideally, familiarity with the IT industry or other rapidly changing sectors.
- Hands-on mentality, curiosity, and enthusiasm for working in complex, dynamic environments.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, confidence, and stakeholder sensitivity.
- Excellent communication skills and a respectful, confident demeanor.
- Proficiency in German and English (C2 level).
- Experience as a People and Culture Manager, HR Manager, or Personnel Officer.
