(SENIOR) PROJECT MANAGER M&A ADVISORY (f/m/d)

at any time, permanent contract, during the week often on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne or Hamburg

Your mission

1. You accompany and lead our consulting projects in the M&A Advisory topic, mainly for our Private Equity customers
2. You are responsible for leading teams carrying out buy-side advisory for small- and mid-cap Private Equity funds (typically Commercial and/or Operational Due Diligences) or sell-side mandates
3. You will lead project teams of consultants and experts, and develop our analysts and young consultants

Your profile

1. A completed master’s degree from a well-known university
2. A minimum of 5 years professional experience with a management consultancy or Private Equity company, with a track record in Commercial and/or Operational Due Diligence and M&A Advisory (buy- and sell-side)
3. Extensive project experience in the relevant content areas
4. Established network in the DACH Private Equity industry
5. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
6. Fluent in German and English, with additional language skills a plus
7. Strong analytical, systematic, and interpersonal skills
