Job Title: Business Development Manager – HPC and Data Center Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion and promotion of HPC and data center-related products across Europe. The role involves developing new customer relationships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand, promote, develop, and introduce new customers and businesses related to HPC and data center products in Europe.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
- Manage daily business activities, including exploring opportunities, responding to RFPs, conducting negotiations, and managing accounts.
- Align business goals within the organization, improve overall deliverables, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Construct and develop the sales team, enhancing team competitiveness and cultivating sales and management talents.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in Data & AI solutions, with a proven track record of large deals.
- Familiarity with IDC, ISV, SI, and traditional channel business models.
- Ability to independently develop customers and expand business.
- Strong teamwork spirit and collaboration skills to jointly expand and maintain customer relationships.
- Positive attitude towards learning, staying updated with the latest industry trends and product knowledge, and capable of conducting market research.
