Job Title: Business Development Manager – HPC and Data Center Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion and promotion of HPC and data center-related products across Europe. The role involves developing new customer relationships, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Expand, promote, develop, and introduce new customers and businesses related to HPC and data center products in Europe.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to achieve revenue and market expansion targets.
  3. Manage daily business activities, including exploring opportunities, responding to RFPs, conducting negotiations, and managing accounts.
  4. Align business goals within the organization, improve overall deliverables, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Construct and develop the sales team, enhancing team competitiveness and cultivating sales and management talents.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  1. Over 10 years of experience in Data & AI solutions, with a proven track record of large deals.
  2. Familiarity with IDC, ISV, SI, and traditional channel business models.
  3. Ability to independently develop customers and expand business.
  4. Strong teamwork spirit and collaboration skills to jointly expand and maintain customer relationships.
  5. Positive attitude towards learning, staying updated with the latest industry trends and product knowledge, and capable of conducting market research.
